What people are saying about Ria's Ethnic Foods Real feedback from customers who have visited us.
I've had food from here several times. Its my favorite place to get Indian food. This is genuine Indian food not mass produced stuff. She will make you home styled food that you can tell is made from the soul... and if you know what you want or are curious to try something new just ask her and you'll get it.
If you are lucky enough to catch the day she makes it….the chicken briani is hands down the best you will put in your mouth. It does not get more authentic than this. Meals prepared in small batches only. When it’s gone, it’s gone! I have waddled out of there stuffed like a tick on numerous occasions!

Specials today were Pumpkin sabji, kadhi pakoda, and Egg Bhurji and I had to try all 3 of them! The flavor slaps! I especially loved the pumpkin sabji and egg bhurji! Ria's always delivers on tasty, unique, and comforting food.
I love love love this place! That woman can cook!!! And I can buy things to make at home!
*updated on 11/21/19 - Had an amazing experience learning to cook Samosas with Ann tonight! Informative and really, really fun. We love you, Ann!*. My friends and I LOVE this place. It's like visiting a relative and having them cook for you! It's definitely a unique experience for Columbus and if you love Indian food or have always wanted to try it, this is THE place. It's very quaint, very intimate and the owner is so incredibly nice. The times we've been, there's no menu. They ask you if you would like a certain dish and they do a great job of describing them. Then, the food starts coming and just keeps coming until you ask them to stop! The samosas were particularly awesome. And if you have any specific allergies, they are so incredible at working with you - especially if you call ahead and give them a day or two notice. Five stars all the way!
